Nucleo ("the App") is a macOS utility for system monitoring and cleanup. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used.
To do its job, Nucleo reads, on your Mac, locally:
None of this data ever leaves your Mac. Nucleo does not operate a server, does not upload your files, file names, or system information anywhere, and does not build a profile of you or your device.
Some features request Full Disk Access, an macOS permission, to see caches and support files belonging to other applications. This permission is used solely to display and clean those files locally; it is never used to transmit data off your Mac.
Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Nucleo never sees or stores your payment details (card numbers, billing address). Apple may process your payment information according to its own privacy policy.
Nucleo does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. No usage data is collected or shared with third parties.
The App keeps a local, in-memory diagnostic log (visible in the Diagnostics screen) to help you troubleshoot issues. This log is not transmitted anywhere and is cleared when the App restarts.
Nucleo is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
