These Terms of Use (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and Bohdan Beschetnikov ("we", "us") regarding the iOS application Trelix Translator (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.

Local prices may differ depending on your App Store country and applicable taxes. Apple shows the exact price before purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price unless the price has changed.
If a free trial is offered and you start one, it converts to a paid subscription automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. If you have already used a trial for the same subscription group, you are not eligible for another one.
You can review, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel a subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
Translations, speech recognition, and text recognition are produced by Apple's machine-learning models. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any translation for a particular purpose. Do not rely on the App for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical communication.
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its source code, design, trademarks, logos, and content, belong to Bohdan Beschetnikov, except for components owned by Apple, Google, or other third-party licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App relies on services provided by Apple Inc. and Google LLC (Firebase). Their respective terms apply when you use those features.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bohdan Beschetnikov be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence are not affected.
